The estate of the Libbiano farmhouse is placed in a little hamlet called Libbiano in front of the church. The manor consists in several buildings: the main building (edificio centrale), the barn ( il fienile), the 'pollaio', the 'tavernetta'.
The main building has three floors, and its construction date is previous to Leopoldin time, (the early years of 1800). The structure of the building is made of local stone with pitched a roof and decorative stone bands around the outside of the building. Inside there are some vaulted ceilings and a fresco painting dating from the eighteenth century.
The other buildings have a former rural use in agriculture and now are converted into homes. The site is located on a dominant position in the top of the hill and offers a good view of the 'classic' Tuscan countryside. The complex also includes a public plaza with a restaurant, a swimming pool and underground parking.
All the estate will be restored with the traditional Tuscan building skills, brought up to the highest standards of contemporary living.
