The villa was built 3 years ago and is in perfect conditions overlooking the valley of the Arno river. The property is located at the centre of very important Tuscan resorts; two minutes drive from the spa Terme di Casciana, thirty from Pisa airport and Volterra, forty from the coast and Florence.

Die Villa wurde vor drei Jahren erbaut und ist Bestzustand.
Sie liegt auf einem Hügel und überragt das Tal vom Fluß Arno. Das Haus befindet sich im Herzen von wichtigen Ortschaften der Toskana, und zwar zwei Minuten von den Thermen Casciana, dreißig Minuten vom Flughafen Pisa und Volterra, vierzig Km von dem Meer und von Florenz entfernt.
Die Fläche beträgt zirka 260 qm auf zwei Stockwerken: die Struktur ist angepasst der Herrenhäuser mit herrlichen Blickbeziehungen auf die toskanischen Huegel.
Das Haus koennte auch in zwei Einheiten unterteilt werden, oder das Erdgeschoss als Gaestewohnung genutzt werden. Insgesamt besticht die grosszuegige Raumaufteilung mit den Rundboegen und einer offenen Galerie im Dachgeschoss.
