Although the house is close to all of the basic amenities, one feels very close to nature here. The many olive trees gives one the true sense of the Italian landscape.
Castglion Fiorentino is only a few minutes away. Here one will find cafés, shops and local restaurants. From the main state road, which is about 7 minutes away, leads to Arezzo and Cortona (both about a 20 minute drive.) The main Siena/Perugia motorway is nearby as well.
