Schöner alter Palazzo bei Lucca in kleinem Dorf mit herrlicher Aussicht von der Terrasse, das Haus ist bewohnbar, benoetigt aber eine umfassende Renovation.
Das Haus besteht aus drei Etagen (ca. 100 qm pro Stock). Es ist renovieriungsbeduerftigt, da es seit ungefaehr zehn Jahren lehr steht. Im Parterre ist ein ebenerdiger Keller, wo einst die Dorfbaeckerei war (die
Muehlen sind noch vorhanden). Vom Keller geht man direkt in den 1000 qm
grossen Olivenhain. Im ersten Stock ist eine herrschaftliche Wohnung mit hohen Holzbalkendecken, doppeltem Zugang und 50 qm grosser Terasse mit Blick auf das Tal von Pescia.
