Questa proprietà si trova tra Aulla e Carrara, città famosa per il suo marmo (a circa 20 km). Il paese limitrofo non è lontano, ma la casa è isolata e circondata solo da boschi e prati.
Si tratta di una casa in pietra, vecchia di 200 anni, ma restaurata con il tetto in tegole. La proprietà comprende in tutto 10.000 mq di terreno con un piccolo vigneto che al momento non viene coltivato. Numerosi alberi da frutto come ciliegi, kiwi e peschi circondano la casa.
L edificio (la superficie abitabile è poco superiore ai 100 mq) comprende 6 camere con un bagno ed una taverna non ristrutturata che al momento viene usata come ripostiglio.
Grazie alla larghezza delle porte, le tre stanze al pian terreno formano un grande spazio unico e cioè uno studio con caminetto. Il pavimento è stato isolato con molta cura in modo da tenere tutto asciutto. Dal primo piano una scala di ferro battuto fatta a mano conduce giù nello studio appena menzionato. Al primo piano ci sono 2 camere da letto di 10 mq ciascuna con doccia e vasca.
Un corridoio di ca. 4 mq, una grande sala pranzo, il lavello ed il camino sono fatti in marmo di Carrara. Anche qui si trova un uscita che si apre sul retro della casa e c è attrezzatura per mangiare.
La casa dispone anche delle allacciature alla corrente elettrica ed all acquedotto e di una nuova caldaia per l acqua calda (a funzionamento elettrico).
In paese si trova un piccolo bar. I vicini sono gentili e disponibili. Al momento ci sono dei lavori in corso sulla strada che porta alla casa.
Le città d arte di Pisa e Lucca sono vicine (circa 45 minuti). Le Cinque Terre con i loro sentieri famosissimi distano ca. 30 minuti, la spiaggia più vicina dista ca. 20 minuti. Il posto più vicino per fare la spesa con un mercato settimanale, ristoranti ecc. si trova ad Aulla che dista solo 10 minuti. |

This property is situated near the city of Carrara (about 20 km) which is famous for its marble. It lies also near a village, but at the same time it is completely set apart, surrounded only by forests and meadows.
The country-house itself is a 200-year-old restored stone house with a tile roof; the whole property has a size of about 10.000 sq. m. Part of it is represented by a small vineyard which is not cultivated at the moment. Many fruit trees like cherry-, kiwi- and peach-trees surround the house.
Inside the house (the habitable surface is little more than 100 sq. m.) there are 6 rooms, a bathroom and an unfinished basement dining-room, which at the moment is being used as a store-room.
Due to the enlarged door-passages the three rooms on the ground floor together make a big study with an open fireplace. The floor has been expensively insulated in order to keep everything dry. From the first floor a hand-forged staircase leads downwards to the already mentioned study.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (10 sq. m. each) and a bathroom with a shower and a tub.
A corridor of about 4 sq. m., a big dining room, a kitchen sink and an open fire place are made of Carrara white marble. Here too, you will find a door leading to the rear of the house. You can also enjoy your meals here.
The house is connected to the local electricity and water-supply. There is also a new electric water boiler.
In the village you will find a small bar. The neighbours are very friendly and helpful. The street leading to the property is being renovated at the moment.
Splendid art cities like Pisa or Lucca are quite near (about 45 minutes). The Cinque Terre with their world famous footpaths are about 30 minutes away, the nearest beach is about 20 minutes distant. You can find shopping facilities with weekly market, restaurants etc. in a 10-minutes-distance at Aulla. |

In der Nähe der fuer ihren Marmor beruehmten Stadt Carrara (ca 20 km) befindet sich diese Liegenschaft. Nahe zu einem Dorf ist es dennoch alleinstehend, umgeben von Wald und Wiesen.
Es handelt sich um ein ca. 200 Jahre altes renoviertes Steinhaus mit Ziegeldach. Die Grundstückgröße beträgt ca. 10. 000 qm. Zum Grundstück gehört ein kleiner Weinberg, der zur Zeit nicht kultiviert ist. Zahlreiche andere Obstbäume, Kirschen, Kiwis, Pfirsiche umsäumen das Haus.
Im Haus (die Wohnfläche beträgt knapp über 100 qm) befinden sich insgesamt 6 Zimmer plus Bad und unausgebauter Taverne, die zur Zeit als Abstellraum genutzt wird.
3 Zimmer im EG ergeben aufgrund der verbreiterten Türdurchläufe ein großes Studio mit Kamin. Der Boden wurde aufwendig isoliert, damit alles trocken bleibt. Vom ersten Stock führt eine handgeschmiedete Treppe herunter in eben beschriebenes Studio.
Im ersten Stock gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer zu je 10 qm sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne.
Einen Flur, ca. 4 qm, und ein großes Esszimmer, Spüle und Kamin sind aus weißem Cararra-Marmor. Auch hier befindet sich eine Eingangstür, die zur Rückseite des Hauses führt. Hier kann u.a. auch gegessen werden.
Das Landhaus besitzt Anschluss an das örtliche Strom und Wassernetz. Es gibt einen neuen Warmwasserboiler (elektrisch betrieben).
Im Ort selbst findet man eine kleine Bar. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die zum Haus führende Straße wird im Moment renoviert.
Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Pisa oder Lucca sind nah (ca 45 min). Die Quinque Terre mit den weltbekannten Wandermöglichkeiten sind ca. 30 Minuten entfernt, der nächste Sandstrand 20 Min. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Wochenmarkt, Restaurants etc. sind in Aulla ca. 10 Min entfernt.. |
