The farm was founded 1934 and belongs to the Marini family. There are nearly 10acres of agriculture land, around 6acres are vineyards, the rest 400 olive trees.
There is a main farm house, partly restored and read to move in with around 280sqm, roof terace with view over the Tuscan hills. Two annexes, one with the wine cellar and another for the agriculture equipment could be conerted also in living area.
The vineyards are registered in the "Albo del Chianti" since 1967.
The owner produces high-quality wine using carefully selected grapes from the vineyards only. They bottle only 20,000 bottles per year.
Empoli is ca. 4km, Florence ca. 30km, Pisa and the sea 50km in distance. The location is very quiet and has privacy, ideal for somebody, who wants to produce a high quality wine. |

Landgut im Chiantigebiet unweit von Empoli und Florenz mit 4 Hektar Land, davon 2,5 Hektar Wein der Klasse DOCG, 400 Olivenbaeume, desweiteren Obstbaeume etc.
Das Hauptgebaeude ist teilsaniert und wird vom Eigentuemer bewohnt. Innen benoetigt es noch einige Verschoenerungsarbeiten. Von der Dachterrasse geniesst man einen schoenen Blick ueber die Weinberge des Chianti.
Desweiteren gibt es noch ein groesseres Gebaeude mit dem Weinkeller und ein kleineres fuer die landwirtschaftlichen Geraete.
Sehr ruhige Privatlage, Empoli ist ca. 4km entfernt, Florenz etwa 30km, Pisa und das Meer ca. 50km. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung und trotzdem gute Privacy, ideal fuer jemanden, der sich in schoener Lage intensiv mit hochwertigem Weinanbau beschaeftigen will, grosses Potential vorhanden. |
